Sugar-Free Fudge
Sugar-Free Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. diet margarine, 2 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate, chopped, 24 packets equal sweetener, 1 tsp. vanilla extract and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. reduced-calorie cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a medium saucepan, melt margarine over low heat.
Add chocolate and stir just until melted.
Remove from heat; stir in sweetener and vanilla.
Add cream cheese and beat until smooth. Stir in nuts.
Spread mixture in a buttered 8-inch square pan. Cover and refrigerate until firm.
Cut into 1-inch squares. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
Yields 64 squares of fudge.
