Sugar-Free Fruit Bars
Sugar-Free Fruit Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. dates, pitted, 1/2 c. raisins, 1/2 c. prunes, pitted, 2 eggs and 1 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Boil together dates, raisins, prunes and 1 cup water.
When done, add margarine and vanilla; cool.
Beat the eggs.
Add cooled fruit mixture and the rest of the ingredients.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes. (Real good for diabetics.)
