Sugar Drop Cookies
Sugar Drop Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 3/4 c. vegetable oil, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine sugar and oil; beat well.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Beat well again.
Sift together the dry ingredients.
Add all at once to the first mixture and beat well.
Shape dough into 1/2-inch balls and dip into granulated sugar.
Place on greased cookie sheets and flatten with either a fork or your thumb.
Bake at 375Β° for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
