Peel and core apples.
Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon; cut margarine into flour mixture with 2 knives or pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal.
Brush apples with egg and roll in flour mixture.
Place in greased baking dish.
Fill cavities of apples with any remaining flour mixture.
Pour orange juice in bottom of dish around apples.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 1 hour or until apples are tender.
Serve warm with pan liquids and whipped cream.
