Sugar Cookies
Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks margarine, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 4 c. flour and 1 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cream margarine, oil, sugar and powdered sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and beat well.
Mix dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture.
Mix well and add vanilla and lemon juice.
Form in tiny balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Press flat with glass dipped in sugar.
Bake at 375Β° until light brown.
