Sugar Cookies
Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 1 c. sugar, 2 egg yolks, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine and cream first 4 ingredients.
Mix all other ingredients and add to first mixture.
Blend well.
Roll dough into ball and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Flour rolling surface pin. Roll to 1/4 inch to 1/8 inch thick.
Cut with cookie cutters. Place on cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350Β°.
Decorate with sprinkles.
