Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 1 c. (2 sticks) margarine, 2 eggs, 1/2 tsp. baking soda and 1/2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In large bowl, sift flour, soda and powder.
Cut in margarine as for pie crust.
Beat eggs; add sugar and beat again.
Blend egg mixture into flour mixture.
Roll out on floured board to 1/4-inch thickness; cut out cookies.
Bake at 350Β° for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet at once.
