Sugar Cookies
Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. sugar, 2/3 c. crisco, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp. milk and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream sugar, Crisco, eggs, milk and vanilla.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt and blend into egg mixture. Roll 1/8-inch thick on lightly floured surface, cut with cookie cutter.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375Β° for 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Remove from sheet immediately, sprinkle with sugar if desired.
