Sugar Cookies
Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. shortening, 1 egg, 1/4 c. milk and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream the shortening, add sugar gradually and cream well with wooden spoon.
Add milk gradually to sugar mixture, then the well beaten egg and vanilla.
Sift in the flour, salt and baking powder.
Add enough flour to make a soft dough (if needed) and turn out on a floured board.
Roll to 1/4-inch thickness.
Cut and place on buttered pans and bake in a hot oven (350Β°) until slightly brown.
