Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 2 c. crisco oil, 2 tsp. salt and 2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream together sugar, eggs and oil.
Add vanilla.
Mix well. Combine salt, flour and baking soda.
Add to creamed mixture alternately with the buttermilk.
Drop onto ungreased baking sheets.

Bake at 400Β° for approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
