Mix first 7 ingredients until completely blended and smooth. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
Bake at 350Β° until lightly brown around edges, 12 minutes or so.
