Sugar Cookies
Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. powdered sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Cream butter, oil and both sugars.
Add vanilla and beaten eggs.
Sift dry ingredients and stir into sugar mixture.
Blend well.
Roll into small balls and roll them in sugar.
Press down lightly on ungreased cookie sheet with a glass dipped in sugar.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Makes about 8 dozen large or 12 dozen or more small cookies.
These are very good for special occasions.
