Sugar Cookies
Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. shortening, 2 beaten eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cream together sugar, shortening, beaten eggs and vanilla. Add soda (put into buttermilk) and salt.
Sift together flour and baking powder.
Add to mixture.
Mix well.
Dough will be soft. Add enough flour that it doesn't stick when rolled.
Cut in desired shapes with cookie cutters.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 10 minutes.
Makes 7 dozen.
