Sugar Cookies
Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shortening, 1 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 2 tbsp. cream and 4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs, beaten after each egg. Add cream, then flour, baking powder and salt.
Add vanilla.
Mix well.
Chill 20 minutes.
Roll out on floured surface (very thin). Cut with cookie cutters.
Place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400Β° for 6 minutes or until brown.
