Sugar Cookies
Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. margarine, 1 c. salad oil, 2 eggs, beaten and 1 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream sugar and margarine.
Add salad oil and beaten eggs. Combine soda, cream of tartar, salt and flour.
Add to first mixture.
Roll cooled dough into balls (walnut size).
Dip in sugar.
Place on cookie sheet and crisscross to flatten with a fork or potato masher.
Bake at 350Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
They freeze well.
