Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. shortening, 1/2 c. oleo, 1 tsp. salt and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Sift dry ingredients together except soda.
Cream the sugar, shortening and oleo.
Add soda to sour milk.
Add eggs, then alternating adding dry ingredients and milk.
Bake at 400Β°.
Use rounded teaspoons for each cookie.
Press bottom of flat tumbler dampened and covered with sugar lightly on each cookie.
