Sugar Cookies
Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 sticks margarine, 1 c. sugar, 3 eggs, well beaten, 1 tbsp. vanilla and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream margarine.
Add sugar gradually and cream.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add vanilla and cream.
Add flour, salt and baking powder.
Chill dough overnight or a minimum of 4 hours.
Roll on floured board and shape with cookie cutters.
Bake at 375Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes about 4 dozen.
