Sugar Cookies
Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, 1 c. cooking oil, 1 c. granulated sugar, 1 c. confectioners sugar and 2 eggs, well beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cream margarine and oil together.
Blend in two sugars, then the eggs.
Sift flour, salt, soda and cream of tartar together. Stir into the creamed mixture.
Add vanilla, mixing well.
Place small balls of dough on greased cookie sheet, flattening them with the bottom of a small, flat bottomed glass dipped in sugar.
Bake at 350Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
