Sugar Cookies
Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. shortening, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, well beaten, 1 tbsp. vanilla and 3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Beat until light and fluffy the shortening and sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Sift flour, salt and baking powder together.
Add to creamed mixture.
Chill.
Roll out on board floured with powdered sugar.
Bake on greased cookie sheet for 8 minutes at 375Β°.
Cut out with your favorite cookie cutters.
