Sugar Cookies
Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. flour, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp. salt and 3/4 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat butter, sugar and eggs until fluffy.
Add vanilla.
Add flour and salt until stiff dough consistency.
Wrap in wax paper. Chill 3 hours or until firm.
Cut cookies on lightly floured board; place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 8 minutes.
Cool on wire rack and decorate.
