Sugar Cookies
Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. margarine, 4 eggs, 2 3/4 c. flour (plain) and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Butter softened margarine.
Add eggs; mix
Add 1/2 of the flour, salt and baking powder to the creamed mixture.
Then add water, vanilla and remainder of flour mixture.
Form into small balls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350Β° until light brown.
Sprinkle with sugar.
