Sugar Cookies
Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. vegetable oil, 1 c. butter, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. powdered sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream oil, sugar, butter and powdered sugar.
Add vanilla and eggs.
Sift the dry ingredients in and blend well.
Chill the dough before shaping.
Roll 2 teaspoons of dough for each ball. Roll the balls in granulated sugar.
Put balls on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
