Sugar Cookies
Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. white sugar, 1 c. confectioners sugar, 1 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. crisco oil and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix sugars, butter and oil together.
Add egg and vanilla and beat well.
Add dry ingredients to mixture.
Shape into balls using a teaspoonful of dough for each ball.
Place on greased cookie sheet.
Flatten each ball with bottom of a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 300Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
