Sugar Cookies
Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. powdered sugar, 1 c. vegetable oil and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cream margarine and sugars.
Add oil and eggs.
Sift together flour, salt, soda and cream of tartar.
Add to sugar mixture. Add vanilla and mix well.
Chill.
Form into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Press flat with bottom of glass which has been dipped in sugar.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 12 minutes. Yields 6 dozen.
