Sugar Coated Peanuts
Sugar Coated Peanuts is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. raw peanuts, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. cold water and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
In a saucepan, over medium heat, combine peanuts, sugar and water.
Stir until mixture crystallizes and coats peanuts, about 10 minutes.
Spread in an 11 x 15-inch buttered cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with salt.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and lift and turn them over and over.
Bake another 15 minutes and cool.
Makes 4 cups.
