Suet Pudding
Suet Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped suet, 1 c. raisins, 1 tsp. baking soda, little salt and 1 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix all ingredients together and fill cans 1/2 full.
Cover with tinfoil and steam 2 to 3 hours.
I set cans in water.
Slice cold and steam before eating. (I use cans 3 or 4-inches in diameter.)
