Sue's Stuffed Jalapeños
Sue'S Stuffed Jalapeños is an easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 jalapeño peppers (i use fresh), 8 oz. bag pepperidge farm herb seasoned stuffing, 1 can tiny shrimp, drained (6 to 8 oz.), 1 can crabmeat, drained (6 to 8 oz.) and salt and cayenne pepper (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise, remove seeds, wash and dry. Prepare 1/2 bag stuffing as directed.
Add shrimp and crabmeat to stuffing.
If desired, add 1/4 teaspoon each salt and cayenne pepper, or to taste.
Stuff peppers full, batter and brown in a small amount of oil over medium heat.
I like to use egg (beaten) with ice water or milk, then roll in cracker meal.
