Sue's Cream Biscuits
Sue'S Cream Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 4 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1/2 tbsp. sugar, 4 tsp. baking powder and 1/3 c. cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix together all dry ingredients.
Cut in butter or margarine. Beat eggs (save a little of the white to spread on top of dough) and add to mixture.
Toss on a lightly floured board and roll to about 3/4-inch thickness.
Use a floured biscuit cutter to cut biscuits.
Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet and brush tops with egg white and sprinkle lightly with sugar.
Bake for 15 minutes at 450Β°.
