Sue Nutt's Potatoes
Sue Nutt'S Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. potatoes, 1 1/2 lb. velveeta cheese, 1 qt. milk, 4 tbsp. flour and 1/4 lb. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Peel and cube potatoes into bite size pieces and boil 5 minutes.
Drain and put in large crock-pot.
In large saucepan melt butter, add flour and stir.
Add milk and 1 teaspoon of salt. Cook until thickened.
Add cubed cheese and stir until melted. Pour cheese sauce over potatoes and cook on low setting for 3 to 4 hours.
Do not stir.
