Stuffing and Chicken Casserole
Stuffing And Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. stove top corn bread stuffing mix, 3/4 c. melted margarine, 1 1/2 to 2 c. chicken broth, 3 c. chopped, cooked chicken and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine stuffing mix, margarine and broth in bowl; mix well. Press half of mixture over bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Combine chicken, onion, celery, salad dressing, eggs, milk and salt in medium bowl; mix well.
Spoon into prepared dish.
Top with remaining stuffing mixture.
Bake at 325Β° for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes.
