Stuffing
Stuffing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large bag bread cubes, 1 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 5 medium eggs and 1/4 tsp. saffron, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Put saffron in 1/4 cup of hot water.
Let stand a short while and then add 1 cup of milk.
Combine saffron and milk with eggs, salt and pepper and beat a little.
Put bread and onion in a large bowl.
Add milk mixture to bread and onion slowly.
Stir bread mixture thoroughly as you slowly add more milk.
If mixture is too dry, add a little more milk and stir.
Melt 1/2 stick butter in a large pan.
Pour the bread mixture into the pan; keep the heat low.
Turn bread mixture to other side to brown a little.
If too dry, add a little more butter to prevent sticking.
