Stuffing
Stuffing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 3/4 c. chopped onion, 12 c. bread cubes, 1 1/2 c. chopped celery and 1 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt butter in skillet and cook onion and celery until tender. Place bread and seasonings in a large bowl and pour butter mixture over, mixing gently.
For dry stuffing, add little or no liquid.
For moister stuffing, add broth to moisten crumbs.
Cool. Place in bird when ready to bake.
Enough for 12 pound turkey.
