Stuffed Zucchini
Stuffed Zucchini is an easy dinner. Made with 5 small zucchini, 2 c. italian style bread crumbs, 1/2 c. grated cheese, olive oil and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. mozzarella cheese, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cut zucchini in half.
Out inner part of zucchini.
Put in a bowl and chop.
Add bread crumbs, grated cheese and enough oil to moisten.
Mix well and fill zucchini halves. Bake at 350Β° until zucchini are cooked.
Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over zucchini halves a few minutes before removing from oven.
