Stuffed Vienna Bread
Stuffed Vienna Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Score bread by slicing lengthwise to within 1/2-inch from bottom in 1-inch sections.
Turn and do the same in the other direction.
Stuff bread sections with cheese and mushrooms. Sprinkle onions, poppy seed and seasoned salt over top.
Melt butter; add lemon juice and dry mustard.
Stir to dissolve. Gently spoon butter mixture over bread.
Wrap in foil.
Bake at 350Β° for about 40 minutes.
To serve, fold foil back.
