Stuffed Turkey Mushrooms
Stuffed Turkey Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Remove the stems on the mushrooms and chop.
Heat liquid Butter Buds in a skillet and cook the onion and ground turkey. Add the chopped mushroom stems and other ingredients.
Cook this mixture about 5 minutes.
Stuff this mixture into the mushroom caps and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Preheat broiler and place in oven for 2 to 4 minutes or until cheese melts.
Yields 20 stuffed mushrooms.
