Stuffed Steak
Stuffed Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 round steak, tenderized, 8 to 10 slices stale bread, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1/2 c. celery, chopped and 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Lay steak out flat.
Mix all ingredients, except soup, thoroughly.
Spread on steak and roll up like a jellyroll.
Secure with toothpicks and place in a greased baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread with undiluted soup. Return to oven for an additional 10 minutes.
