Stuffed Squash
Stuffed Squash is an easy dinner. Made with 2 acorn squash, 1/2 stick margarine, 2 c. applesauce and nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Wash squash well.
Cut through the middle.
Scoop out pulp. Trim bottom of each cup just enough so that it will set upright. Melt margarine.
Coat inside of squash with it.
Add applesauce and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Place in baking dish and cover.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes until squash is tender.
Serves 4 people.
