Stuffed Shells
Stuffed Shells is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large box shells, boiled and drained, 3 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, 8 oz. small curd cottage cheese, 1 can spinach, drained (optional) and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Combine all ingredients in large bowl, except for shells, spaghetti sauce and 1 cup of the Mozzarella cheese.
Mix well.
Pour half can of spaghetti sauce to bottom of large baking pan.
Spoon by large tablespoon combined ingredients into each shell and place in pan.
Cover shells with remaining sauce and top with the rest of the Mozzarella cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
