Stuffed Potatoes
Stuffed Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 medium baking potatoes, 2 sticks butter, 1 c. half and half, 1 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 1/2 tsp. white pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Scrub potatoes well and bake in a 450° oven, until thoroughly done.
Cut potatoes lengthwise, scoop out the pulp and mash with butter, cream, salt and pepper.
Mix thoroughly.
Add onions. Fill the reserved shells with the mixture and top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
