Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. raw rice, 1/4 to 1/3 c. parsley, dash of salt and dash of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Top and core peppers.
Salt inside.
Mix rest of ingredients and stuff into peppers.
Place in crock-pot.
Cover with mix of water, one can of tomato sauce and one beef bouillon.
Place inverted plate on top to keep peppers submerged.
Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
