Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an easy dinner. Made with 6 medium green peppers, 2 c. cooked rice, 1 lb. ground chuck, 1 medium onion, diced and 1 large can tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Parboil green peppers for 10 minutes.
Remove tops from green peppers and dice into mixture of ground chuck, rice, salt, pepper and onion.
Stuff peppers with ground chuck mixture.
Arrange in casserole dish and cover with tomatoes.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
