Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/3 c. chopped onion, 2 c. tomatoes, 3/4 c. cooked rice and 2 tbsp. worcestershire, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown beef and onion.
Add tomatoes, rice, Worcestershire, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup cheese to meat.
Seed peppers and boil in lightly salted water 5 minutes.
Drain and stuff with meat mixture.
Place in casserole.
Put any extra meat around the peppers.
Sprinkle rest of cheese on top and bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
