Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn, 1 c. grated cheddar cheese, salt and pepper and 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook hamburger and onion flakes in skillet.
Drain.
Mix together hamburger mixture, corn, 3/4 cup cheese and tomato sauce. Stuff well washed peppers with mixture.
Top with remaining cheese.
Put in crock-pot.
Add 1/3 cup water.
Cook on low for 7 to 10 hours and on high for 4 to 7 hours.
