Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 or 2 green peppers per person, 1 lb. hamburger, 1 tbsp. minced onion, 1 tbsp. shortening and 1/3 c. catsup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut top out of peppers and hollow-out inside pulp.
Brown hamburger and onion.
Cook rice as directed on box.
Mix hamburger with rice; add shortening, catsup, salt and pepper to taste.
Fill peppers and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
