Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium peppers, 1 lb. hamburger, 1/3 c. onion, diced, 1/2 tsp. salt and dash of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut peppers in half; clean and boil until the color changes. Combine all other ingredients, except cheese.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Place pepper halves in a casserole dish.
Place 1/2 slice of cheese in each pepper and fill with meat mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Put 1/2 slice of cheese on each pepper and allow it to melt.
To reheat, add another 1/2 slice of cheese.
