Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 green peppers, 1 lb. ground beef, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 12 oz. kernel corn and 4 oz. or 1 c. shredded sharp american cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Sprinkle inside pepper with salt.
Brown meat and onion.
Add corn, tomato, Worcestershire and salt.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add cheese.
Stir until melted.
Stuff peppers and stand in bowl. Combine crumbs and melted butter.
Sprinkle over top.
Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes at 350Β°.
