Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium peppers, green or hungarian, 1 lb. ground chuck, 1 c. rice, 1 chopped medium onion and 1 c. catsup (divided), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Parboil peppers for 5 minutes, and cool.
Mix raw rice and uncooked ground chuck with chopped onion and add 1/4 to 1/2 cup catsup, stuff into pepper shells and put into baking dish.
Cover with mixture of the tomato soup, water and the remaining catsup. Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
