Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 20 large mushrooms, 1 pkg. stuffing mix (herb or chicken flavor), 6 green onions, 1/2 lb. boars head sharp cheddar cheese (white), grated and 2 tbsp. olive oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Remove stems from mushrooms to hollow the caps.
Chop the stems and green onions and saute in olive oil.
Mix stuffing mix according to package directions and add to sauteed mixture.
Fill mushroom caps with all the mixture; top with cheese and bake at 375Β° until cheese is melted.
Serve piping hot.
