Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. pkg. large fresh mushrooms, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs and 1/4 c. shredded cheese of your choice (cheddar, swiss), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Remove stems from mushrooms; chop stems.
Combine in 1-quart casserole, stems, onion and margarine.
Microwave on High 2 minutes.
Stir in bread crumbs, cheese and seasonings; mound in caps.
Microwave 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
Rotate 2 times while cooking. Heat thoroughly.
