Made with 1 lb. large fresh mushrooms, 4 tbsp. margarine or butter, 1 c. pepperidge farm herb-seasoned stuffing mix, 1/2 c. chicken broth and 1/4 tsp. garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
Chop up stems and saute in 2 tablespoons margarine.
Stir in stuffing, chicken broth and garlic salt.
Stuff mushrooms with mixture and place in a Pyrex pie plate with 2 tablespoons margarine.
